In the transformative year of 1992, Hezekiah Brown, Director of Labor Management Programs at Cornell University, and his visionary son, Rodney Brown, joined forces to establish Brown, Brown, and Associates.
Their driving mission was to address a pressing need – the development and support of leaders and their teams. With unwavering commitment, they set out to equip organizations with the essential tools for growth and nurturing cultures defined by respect and productivity.
The journey began with a significant partnership with Con Edison, a prominent electrical supply company in the heart of New York City.
This inaugural collaboration saw the training and empowerment of over 14,000 employees and leaders across diverse sectors, focusing on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Leadership, and Communication. From there, a profound ripple effect commenced.
