Rodney L. Brown
President
Rodney L. Brown is a highly skilled leader with 25+ years of experience as an educator, Trainer, Facilitator, and Consultant in the Public and Private sectors. He has proven skills in data-driven interventions for large organizations. Rodney is certified in several relevant models, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Mediation, Behavioral Assessments, Conflict Resolution, Arbitration, and Situational Leadership. Rodney currently serves on the Adjunct Faculty of Cornell University and Baruch College, where he teaches Diversity and Inclusion as well as Negotiation.
John Edwards

John Edwards has delivered Learning and Development initiatives for over two decades. His work has taken him across the United States and Canada working with companies in a wide range of industries, including: manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, academia and nonprofit. John brings a unique blend of strategic and analytical thinking, a high level of efficacy, and an understanding of human capital demands, coupled with a personable delivery and facilitation style. He holds a Master’s in Public Administration & Public Affairs and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Systems Analysis and Computer Programming from Pace University. John is an Executive Board Member for the National Association for African Americans in Human Resources and is an adjunct professor at Metropolitan College of New York.
Ronny H. Berlin

Ronny H. Berlin has over twenty-five years of experience as a consultant, mediator, entrepreneur, trainer, and coach. Along with her mediation practice, she specializes in designing and delivering seminars and workshops emphasizing the impact of behavior, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace. Ms. Berlin serves as a mediator on the Blue Ribbon Panel for the USPS Redress Mediation Program focusing on discrimination and sexual harassment cases. As a consultant and executive coach, she brings a blend of energy and strategic planning, providing organizations with needs assessments and facilitated trainings in organizational development including Team Building, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management, Diversity, Negotiation Skills, Cultural Competency, and Communication Skills. Ms. Berlin is the President of RHB Business Group. She holds a master’s degree from Columbia University in Organizational Psychology with a major in Mediation and Conflict Resolution.
Pam Soden

Pam Soden has more than 30 years as a Global Learning and Development professional. Pam has trained thousands of individuals in the skills they need to be more successful in their lives and in their careers. She skillfully uses a blend of accelerated learning techniques as she teaches her clients how to create and lead, supervise and manage DEI. Her background in Organization Development, allows her to effectively assess situations and recommend training/non-training solutions. She has served as an adjunct professor at NYU’s School of Professional Studies for 15 years. Pam has been a top-rated presenter and conference speaker for the American Management Association where she has taught management and leadership courses since 1981. Pam holds a degree in Business Administration from Marymount Manhattan College.
Daphne Jean-Charles

Daphne Jean-Charles has worked to elevate underrepresented voices within the public and private sectors for two decades. She is an organizational consultant and facilitator who combines aspects of neuroscience, human development and industrial psychology to transform individuals, teams and organizations. She specializes in collaborating with diverse groups of people and is adept at bringing disparate groups together to help them identify and work towards their common goals. Daphne is experienced in a variety of organizational interventions and offers customized solutions to address the needs of the organizations she serves. Daphne earned her Master of Science in Organization Development from American University. She is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
